Tony Ura's sparkling half-century and Alei Nao's quick-fire 10-ball 30* before Bowlers shine as PNG massive 86-run victory over Nepal and clinch the title in a one-sided game of the final of a T20I series.

Match Stats :

PNG's 86-run win was their fourth largest victory by terms of runs in T20 internationals. Nepal's 86-run defeat was their second worst by margin of runs in T20Is after their 103-run defeat against Netherlands at Amstelveen in 2015. PNG's 171 was their 12th highest score in T20 international and It is their highest total against Nepal in T20Is, previous highest was 168 at Kirtipur in 2022. Nepal's 85 was their fifth lowest score in a completed innings in T20 international and It is their worst-total against PNG in T20Is, previous lowest was 93 at Dublin (Malahide) in 2015.

PNG scored 171-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Tony Ura hammered a 61 off 37-balls, Alei Nao blasted a unbeaten 30 off 10-balls including 3-sixes & a four with strike rate of 300.

Hila Vare scored 18 off 21-balls included 2-fours and Hiri Hiri hit 15 off 9-balls contained 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 166.66.

Nepal best bowler by Kushal Bhurtel picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 4-over, Aakash Chand captured three-wickets and one for Gulshan Jha - Karan KC.

Nepal bundled out for 85 in 16.3 overs with top scorer by Sundeep Jora hit 17 off 13-balls including 3-fours, Aarif Sheikh scored 15 off 20-balls included 2-fours and Rohit Paudel 12.

PNG best bowler by Sese Bau, Kabua Morea, Semo Kamea, Chad Soper each took 2-wickets and one for Alei Nao.

Tony Ura named Player of the match for his quick-fire batting performance to smashed a 61 facing off 37-balls including 5-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 164.86.
