  • Pat Cummins became the fourth Australian bowler to take a hat-trick in T20 international after Brett Lee, Ashton Agar and Nathan Ellis and the seventh bowler to take a hat-trick in T20 World Cups.
  • 58 : Litton Das and Najmul Hossain Shanto set up the record second-wicket partnership for Bangladesh against Australia in T20 international, previously held by the 25-run stand between Tamim Iqbal and Aftab Ahmed at Cape Town in the inaugural 2007 World Twenty20 and the Bangladesh's third highest second-wicket stand in T20 World Cups.

Bangladesh scored 140-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Najmul Hossain Shanto struck 41 off 36-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 113.88.

Towhid Hridoy hammered a 40 off 28-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 142.85, Litton Das scored 16 off 25-balls included 2-fours and Taskin Ahmed hit a unbeaten 13 off 7-balls with a six.

Australia best bowler by Pat Cummins picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 4-overs, Adam Zampa captured two-wickets, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Starc and Marcus Stoinis each took one-wickets.

Australia scored 100-2 in 11.2 overs - due to rain DLS par score 72 after 11.2 overs Australia were 28 runs ahead of the par score when the rain-thrash the match.

Australia top scorer by David Warner hammered a unbeaten 53 off 35-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 151.42.

Travis Head hit 31 off 21-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 147.61 and Glenn Maxwell hit a unbeaten 14 off 6-balls included one-six & a four with strike rate of 233.33.

Bangladesh best bowler by Rishad Hossain took 2-wickets for 23-runs in 3-overs.

Pat Cummins named Player of the match for his pace bowling attack to picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 4-overs including a hat-trick after taking a wicket of Mahmudullah (2), Mahedi Hasan (0) and Towhid Hridoy (40).
