Rashid Khan and Naveen-ul-Haq's four-wicket haul gives Afghanistan hard-fought win against Bangladesh by a DLS method 8-runs, despite a last-man standing innings from Litton Das' unbeaten half-century and Afghanistan storm into the maiden semi-final in a rain-hit thriller of the 52nd match of a T20 World Cup.

Afghanistan scored 115-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Rahmanullah Gurbaz struck 43 off 55-balls including 3-fours & a six.

Rashid Khan blasted a unbeaten 19 off 10-balls including 3-sixes with strike rate of 190, Ibrahim Zadran hit 18 off 29-balls included a boundary and Azmatullah Omarzai scored 10 off 12-balls without a boundary.

Bangladesh best bowler by Rishad Hossain picked up 3-wickets for 26-runs in 4-overs, Taskin Ahmed and Mustafizur Rahman both took one-wickets.

Bangladesh bundled out for 105 in 17.5 overs - due to rain revised DLS target of 114 from 19-overs - with top scorer by Litton Das cracked a unbeaten 54 off 49-balls including 5-fours & a six.

Towhid Hridoy hit 14 off 9-balls including 2-fours and Soumya Sarkar scored a run-a-ball 10-runs included a boundary.

Afghanistan best bowler by Rashid Khan claimed a 4-wickets for 23-runs in 4-overs, Naveen-ul-Haq captured 4-wickets for 26-runs in 3.5-overs, Gulbadin Naib and Fazalhaq Farooqi both took one-wickets.

Naveen-ul-Haq named Player of the match for his pace bowling attack to claimed a 4-wickets for 26-runs in 3.5-overs.
