Harry Brook's 20-ball 47* and Jonny Bairstow's 18-ball 31 sets up to England registered their historic first T20I win against Namibia via DLS method 41-runs, despite a fighting innings from David Wiese's farewell 12-ball 27 and England keep alive their campaign in a rain-hit 10-overs-a-side game of the 34th match of a T20 World Cup.

  • Nikolaas Davin became the first Namibian batsman to retired out in T20 international, Overall the fourth player in T20Is and the first player to retired-out in T20 World Cup history.

England scored 122-5 in 10 overs - match reduced from 20 to 10-overs per a side game - with top scorer by Harry Brook hit a unbeaten 47 off 20-balls.

Jonny Bairstow blasted a 31 off 18-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 172.22, Moeen Ali struck 16 off 6-balls included 2-sixes with strike rate of 266.66.

Liam Livingstone blasted a unbeaten 13 off 4-balls including 2-sixes with strike rate of 325 and Phil Salt hit 11 off 8-balls contained two boundaries.

Namibia best bowler by Ruben Trumpelmann captured two-wickets, David Wiese and Bernard Scholtz both took one-wickets.

Namibia scored 84-3 in 10 overs - due to rain revised target of 126 from 10-overs - with top scorer by Michael van Lingen cracked a 33 off 29-balls including 3-sixes.

David Wiese hammered a 27 off 12-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 225 and Nikolaas Davin retired out for 18 off 16-balls included one-six & a four.

England best bowler by Jofra Archer and Chris Jordan both took one-wickets.

Harry Brook named Player of the match for his power-hitting batting performance to smashed a unbeaten 47 off facing 20-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 235.
