Ben Shikongo's four-wicket haul, Jan Frylinck's brilliant half-century and JJ Smit's superb unbeaten 44 leads to Namibia convincing six-wicket victory over Oman in the 14th match of a ICC Cricket World Cup League 2.
Oman scored 233-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Khalid Kail cracked a 51 off 66-balls including 6-fours, Zeeshan Maqsood struck 51 off 99-balls including four boundaries.
Aqib Ilyas hit 39 off 76-balls included 3-fours, Shoaib Khan hammered a 30 off 18-balls contained 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 166.66 and Ayaan Khan scored 17 off 27-balls with 2-fours.
Namibia best bowler by Ben Shikongo claimed a 4-wickets for 29-runs in 9-overs, Junior Kariata, Jack Brassell and Bernard Scholtz each took one-wickets.
Namibia chased 234-4 in 47.5 overs with top scorer by Jan Frylinck cracked a 73 off 81-balls, JJ Smit hit a unbeaten 44 off 37-balls included 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 118.91.
Gerhard Erasmus struck 36 off 46-balls including 2-fours & a six, Michael van Lingen hit 30 off 41-balls included 3-fours, Lo-handre Louwrens cracked a 29 off 65-balls contained three-fours and JP Kotze 16 not out.
Oman best bowler by Bilal Khan took 2-wickets and one for Zeeshan Maqsood - Jay Odedra.
Jan Frylinck named Player of the match for his match-winning brilliant 73 off 81-balls including 8-fours.
