Sanju Samson's classy half-century, Shivam Dube's all-round display and Mukesh Kumar's career-best four-for gives India comprehensive 42-run victory over Zimbabwe and clinch the five-match series with 4-1 in the fifth & final T20I.

  • India's 167 was their sixth highest score against Zimbabwe in T20 international and It is their fifth highest total against Zimbabwe at Harare in T20Is.

India scored 167-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Sanju Samson struck 58 off 45-balls including 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 128.88.

Shivam Dube hammered a 26 off 12-balls, Riyan Parag scored 22 off 24-balls included a six, Abhishek Sharma struck 14 off 11-balls including one-six & a four.

Shubman Gill scored 13 off 14-balls included 2-fours and Yashasvi Jaiswal blasted a 12 off 5-balls contained 2-sixes with strike rate of 240.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Blessing Muzarabani captured two-wickets for 19-runs in 4-overs with economy rate of 4.75, Richard Ngarava, Sikandar Raza and Brandon Mavuta each took one-wickets.

Zimbabwe bowled out for 125 in 18.3 overs with top scorer by Dion Myers cracked a 34 off 32-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Faraz Akram hammered a 27 off 13-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 207.69, Tadiwanashe Marumani hit 27 off 24-balls included 5-fours and Brian Bennett scored 10 off 8-balls contained 2-fours.

India best bowler by Mukesh Kumar claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 22-runs in 3.3-overs, Shivam Dube captured two-wickets, Washington Sundar, Abhishek Sharma and Tushar Deshpande each took one-wickets.

Shivam Dube named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 2-wickets for 25-runs in 4-overs after scoring a whirlwind 26 off 12-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 216.66.

Washington Sundar earned player of the series for claiming 8-wickets at an average of 11.62 and an economy rate of 5.16 in the five-match T20I series.
