South Africa's 308 was their 12th highest score against Bangladesh in Tests matches and It is their fourth highest total in Bangladesh in Tests.

1st Innings South Africa best bowler by Wiaan Mulder picked up 3-wickets for 22-runs in 8-overs including four maidens, Kagiso Rabada captured three-wickets for 26-runs in 11-overs included four maidens.
