New Zealand 1st Innings scored 180-3 in 50 overs at Stumps - with top scorer by Devon Conway blasted a 91 off 105-balls - who fell nine-run short of his century - including 11-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 86.66.
Will Young struck 33 off 73-balls including 5-fours, Rachin Ravindra scored a unbeaten 22 off 34-balls included 2-fours, Tom Latham hit 15 off 49-balls contained three-fours and Daryl Mitchell 14 not out.
1st innings India best bowler by Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav each took one-wickets.
