Richie Berrington, Michael Jones each scored 14-runs, Brandon McMullen hit 16 off 36-balls included 2-fours and Matthew Cross 15.
Nepal best bowler by Sandeep Lamichhane picked up 3-wickets for 45-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Karan KC, Sompal Kami, Gulsan Jha each took 2-wickets and one for Aarif Sheikh.
Nepal chased 157-5 in 29.5 overs with top scorer by Aarif Sheikh cracked a unbeaten 51 off 42-balls including 8-fours,
Gulsan Jha hit a unbeaten 25 off 30-balls including 3-fours & a six, Kushal Bhurtel cracked a 25 off 34-balls included 2-fours and Aasif Sheikh scored 21 off 34-balls contained a boundary.
Scotland best bowler by Brandon McMullen captured two-wickets, Brad Currie, Jack Jarvis and Mark Watt each took one-wickets.
Aarif Sheikh named Player of the match for his all-round performance to scored superb unbeaten 51 off facing 42-balls including 8-fours with strike rate of 121.42 after taking 1-wicket and a catch.
