Shaheen Shah Afridi's three-for, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf's combined 5-wickets before Top-order batsmen short work helped to Pakistan easy eight-wicket victory over world champions Australia and clinch the three-match series 2-1 in a series-decider one-sided game of the third & final ODI.

This is the Pakistan's second bilateral ODI series win against Australia in Australia after they had won the series with 2-1 in 2002. Pakistan's 139-balls spare win was his second largest victory by terms of runs against Australia in ODIs after they have won by 141-balls at Adelaide Oval earlier in this series' previous game. Pakistan chased 141 was their lowest successful run-chase against Australia in ODIs, previous lowest chase was 164 at Adelaide Oval earlier in this series' second ODI. Australia's 140 was their fourth lowest score in a completed innings against Pakistan in One-day international and the lowest total by any team at Perth Stadium in ODIs, previous lowest was 152 by Australia against South Africa in 2018.

Australia bundled out for 140 in 31.5 overs with top scorer by Sean Abbott struck 30 off 41-balls including 2-fours & a six.

Matthew Short hit 22 off 30-balls including a boundary, Adam Zampa scored 13 off 22-balls included a four, Aaron Hardie 12 and Spencer Johnson 12 not out.

Pakistan best bowler by Shaheen Shah Afridi picked up 3-wickets for 32-runs in 8.5-overs, Naseem Shah captured three-wickets, Haris Rauf took 2-wickets and one for Mohammad Hasnain.

Pakistan chased 143-2 in 26.5 overs with top scorer by Saim Ayub struck 42 off 52-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Abdullah Shafique scored 37 off 53-balls including one-six & a four, Mohammad Rizwan hit a unbeaten 30 off 27-balls included 2-sixes & a four and Babar Azam hit a unbeaten 28 off 30-balls contained 4-fours.

Australia best bowler by Lance Morris took 2-wickets for 24-runs in 6-overs.

Haris Rauf named Player of the match for his bowling performance to took two key wickets for 24-runs in 7-overs including a maiden.

Haris Rauf earned player of the series for claiming 10 wickets in the three-match series.
