UAE scored 240-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Rahul Chopra hammered a 78 off 67-balls, Dhruv Parashar hit a unbeaten 50 off 48-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes.
Tanish Suri hit 25 off 39-balls included three boundaries, Vishnu Sukumaran scored 19 off consuming 50-balls with a boundary, Muhammad Waseem and Vriitya Aravind each scored 18-runs.
Netherlands best bowler by Roelof van der Merwe, Paul van Meekeren both took 2-wickets, Bas de Leede, Shariz Ahmad, Timm van der Gugten and Aryan Dutt each took one-wickets.
Netherlands scored 214 for all-out in 47.4 overs with top scorer by Bas de Leede struck 66 off 86-balls including 5-fours & a six.
Scott Edwards cracked a 51 off 57-balls including 3-fours & a six, Timm van der Gugten scored a unbeaten 22 off 23-balls included two boundaries, Shariz Ahmad 17 and Max O'Dowd 15.
UAE best bowler by Ali Naseer claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 26-runs in 10-overs including two maidens with economy rate of 2.60.
Junaid Siddique picked up 3-wickets for 35-runs in 9-overs including two maidens with economy rate of 3.88, Vishnu Sukumaran, Dhruv Parashar and Aayan Afzal Khan each took one-wickets.
Rahul Chopra named Player of the match for his superb batting performance to scored a 78 off 67-balls including 7-sixes & 3-fours with strike rate of 116.41.
