Day 1 : Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan's fifties leads Pakistan recovery after Jayden Seales' early strike with three-for in the opening day of the first Test match.
* Match start was delayed by 4 hours owing to heavy fog that enveloped the ground, Pakistan won the toss and choose to bat first in hazy conditions with the floodlights on throughout the course of the day.
Pakistan 1st Innings scored 143-4 in 41.3 overs with top scorer by Saud Shakeel scored a unbeaten 56 off 100-balls including four boundaries.
Mohammad Rizwan hit a unbeaten 51 off 80-balls including 7-fours and Shan Masood scored 11 off 29-balls included a boundary.
1st Innings West Indies best bowler by Jayden Seales picked up 3-wickets for 21-runs in 10-overs including a maiden and Gudakesh Motie took one-wicket.
