Rashid Khan bags 11-wickets, Rahmat Shah and Ismat Alam's centuries gives Afghanistan comfortable 72-run victory over Zimbabwe and clinch the two-match series with 1-0 in the second & final Test match.

  • Rashid Khan took 11-wickets for 160-runs in this match - This is Rashid Khan's third ten-wicket in a match in Test matches, It is the Afghanistan's second best bowling figures in a match after his 11 for 104 against Bangladesh at Chattogram in 2019 and the best-bowling-figures by an Afghanistan bowler against Zimbabwe in a match, improving his own record of 11 for 275 at Abu Dhabi in 2021.
  • Rashid Khan's 11 for 160 was the second best-bowling-figures by any bowler in a match at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo in Test matches after Gudakesh Motie's 13 for 99 in 2023.

Afghanistan 1st Innings scored 157 for all-out in 44.3 overs with top scorer by Rashid Khan hit 25 off 20-balls including 4-fours with strike rate of 125.

Rahmat Shah scored 19 off 64-balls including three boundaries, Fareed Ahmad, Abdul Malik  each hit 17-runs and Afsar Zazai 16.

1st Innings Zimbabwe best bowler by Sikandar Raza picked up 3-wickets for 30-runs in 12-overs including two maidens, Newman Nyamhuri captured three-wickets, Blessing Muzarabani took 2-wickets and one for Richard Ngarava.

Zimbabwe 1st Innings scored 243 for all-out in 73.3 overs with top scorer by Craig Ervine cracked a 75 off 165-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes.

Sikandar Raza hit 61 off 104-balls including six boundaries, Sean Williams hammered a 49 off 52-balls included 8-fours with strike rate of 94.23 and Ben Curran scored 15 off 34-balls contained 2-fours.

1st Innings Afghanistan best bowler by Rashid Khan claimed a 4-wickets for 94-runs in 27.3-overs including two maidens, Yamin Ahmadzai picked up 3-wickets, Fareed Ahmad took 2-wickets and one for Zia-ur-Rehman.

Afghanistan 2nd Innings scored 363 for all-out in 113.5 overs with top scorer by Rahmat Shah struck 139 off off 275-balls - which was his 3rd Test hundred and his second century against Zimbabwe in Tests - including 14-fours.

Debutant Ismat Alam hit 101 off 181-balls, Ismat Alam - who hit Test debut century for Afghanistan - including nine boundaries, Rashid Khan cracked a 23 off 27-balls including 3-fours and Shahidullah scored 22 off 53-balls included three-fours.

2nd Innings Zimbabwe best bowler by Blessing Muzarabani claimed a career-best 6-wicket haul for 95-runs in 29-overs including five maidens, Richard Ngarava picked up 3-wickets and one for Sikandar Raza.

Zimbabwe 2nd Innings scored 205 for all-out in 68.3 overs with top scorer by Craig Ervine cracked a 53 off 103-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Ben Curran struck 38 off 53-balls including 5-fours, Sikandar Raza scored 38 off 83-balls included two boundaries, Takudzwanashe Kaitano hit 21 off 56-balls contained 2-fours & a six, Sean Williams 16 and Joylord Gumbie 15.

2nd Innings Afghanistan best bowler by Rashid Khan claimed a 7-wickets for 66-runs in 27.3-overs including three maidens and Zia-ur-Rehman took 2-wickets.

Rashid Khan named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to took 11-wickets in a match.

Rahmat Shah earned player of the series for contributing 392 runs in the two-match series.
