Oman bowled out for 146 in 37.2 overs with top scorer by Jatinder Singh struck 25 off 36-balls including 2-fours.
Vinayak Shukla struck 17 off 29-balls included a six, Hassnain Shah hit a unbeaten 16 off 17-balls included 2-sixes, Aamir Kaleem and Hashir Dafedar each scored 15-runs.
Namibia best bowler by Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton, JJ Smit, Bernard Scholtz, Ruben Trumpelmann and Gerhard Erasmus each took 2-wickets.
