Pakistan scored 236-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Ramiz Raja cracked a 90 off 129-balls - who fell ten-run short of his century - including four boundaries.
Imran Khan struck 77 off 100-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes and Wasim Akram hit 19 off 10-balls included 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 190.
Curtly Ambrose claimed a 5-wicket haul for 53-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Carl Hooper and Ian Bishop both took one-wickets.
West Indies scored 235 for all-out in 50 overs with top scorer by Richie Richardson blasted a 122 off 121-balls - which was his 5th ODI hundred and his third century against Pakistan in ODIs.
Jeff Dujon scored 53 off 88-balls including two boundaries and Ian Bishop hit 16 off 19-balls contained one-six & a four.
Pakistan best bowler by Waqar Younis claimed a 4-wickets for 39-runs in 10-overs with economy rate of 3.90, Aaqib Javed picked up 3-wickets and one for Wasim Akram.

Ian Bishop was bowled by pacer Waqar Younis with the final delivery of the match to give Pakistan a thrilling one-run victory over West Indies in the Sharjah Cup.
West Indies, who had defeated Pakistan by a wicket in the opening match of the tournament, had needed 10 runs off Younis's final over.
Tailenders Bishop and Patrick Patterson slogged eight off the first three balls. But Bishop failed to score from the other three deliveries and became the fast bowler's fourth victim when he was bowled attempting a big hit off the sixth.Earlier, Pakistan appeared to be cruising to a comfortable victory after reducing West Indies to 57 for five in reply to their 50-over total of 236 for six.
But skipper Richie Richardson redressed the balance with a flowing century, his second in succession against Pakistan. He and Jeff Dujon, who scored 53 before being run out, put on 154 for the sixth wicket.
When Richardson holed out to Ijaz Ahmed off Younis he had made 122, with three sixes and seven fours, off 121 balls.
Pakistan's innings wasbuilt around a third wicket stand of 137 between opener Rameez Raja and Imran Khan. Rameez scored 90 off 129 balls and Imran 77, including two sixes, from 100 balls.
