Michael Bracewell's whirlwind half-century and Rhys Mariu's half-century before A another five-wicket haul by Ben Sears helped to New Zealand comfortable 43-run victory over Pakistan and clinch the three-match series with 3-0 whitewash in a rain-hit game of the third & final ODI.

This is the 18th time New Zealand have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international, It is their first 3-0 bilateral series clean sweep against Pakistan in ODIs and It is their fourth series whitewash against Pakistan in ODIs (minimum 2 or more matches). This is the eighth time Pakistan have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals. This is the seventh time England have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals. Ben Sears' 5 for 34 was his best bowling performance for New Zealand in One-day international and the fourth best-bowling-figures by an New Zealand bowler against Pakistan in ODIs. Ben Sears became the first New Zealand bowler to take two five-wicket haul against Pakistan in ODI cricket history.

New Zealand scored 264-8 in the allotted 42 overs - match reduced from 50 to 42-overs per a side - due to rain - with top scorer by Michael Bracewell blasted a 59 off 40-balls.

Rhys Mariu cracked a 58 off 61-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes, Daryl Mitchell hit 43 off 53-balls included 3-fours & a six.

Henry Nicholls hit 31 off 40-balls including a six and Tim Seifert scored 26 off 29-balls contained one-six & a four.

Pakistan best bowler by Akif Javed claimed a 4-wickets for 62-runs in 8-overs including a maiden, Naseem Shah took 2-wickets and one for Faheem Ashraf - Sufiyan Muqeem.

Pakistan scored 221 for all-out in 40 overs with top scorer by Babar Azam cracked a 50 off 58-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Mohammad Rizwan struck 37 off 32-balls including 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 115.62, Tayyab Tahir hit 33 off 31-balls included two-fours & a six.

Abdullah Shafique scored 33 off 56-balls contained three boundaries and Naseem Shah hit 17 off 13-balls included one-six & a four.

New Zealand best bowler by Ben Sears claimed a career-best 5-wicket haul for 34-runs in 9-overs, Jacob Duffy took 2-wickets, Muhammad Abbas, Daryl Mitchell and Michael Bracewell each took one-wickets.

Michael Bracewell named Player of the match for his whirlwind batting performance to smashed a 59 off 40-balls including 6-sixes & a four with strike rate of 147.50.

Ben Sears earned player of the series for claiming 10 wickets in the three-match series.
